A message dated June 12, 1998, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 303                                                            
"An Act extending the termination date of the Council on                      
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and providing for an
